Report information

Reports may include public marketplace listing information, seller names, URLs, prices, screenshots or listing evidence, Japanese-to-English notes, and observations relevant to your request.

Sharing

We do not sell submitted contact information. We may share information when required by law, with service providers that help operate the site or deliver reports, or with your permission.

Retention

We retain inquiry and report information as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, keep business records, and improve the service.
